PROVI stands for Process Visualization, and is a product - HMI application - developed by Mr. Janisch in the late 80’s and 90’s. Throughout the years the product - which had at the beginning its own operating system - was later converted on to a Windows® version, since the market & customers demanded PC’s with a Windows® platform. As the system got more & more expanded to a network system with additional customer application modules, it was implemented in many HMI applications and in Austria especially in Water Treatment plants with additional special modules for test results, lab forms and to generate long term trends and reports for the government.
